Pristine Water is a national supplier and distributor of natural mineral water. Clyral has been involved in the design and development of a web based CRM and ERP system to assist in the management of day to day operations and reporting.
Deliverables / Responsibilities
- Designed and developed a web based console to manage customer details across multiple branches.
- Engineered processes to be more efficient and appropriate for central, electronic management.
- Built an end-to-end stock, ordering, scheduling, distribution and invoicing workflow management interface to replace existing paper/spreadsheetprocesses.
- Imported legacy data and created an interface to export account and financial transactions into Pristine’s Softline accounting package.
- Provided flexible staff, customer and transaction reporting tools.
- Visualise transaction logs per employee, customer or branch.
- Track finances, including age analysis in the context of CRM.
- Report on stock movement, sales and distribution efficiency.
